Standard VFX License

For paid VRChat VFX and animation assets that offer both Personal and Commercial license options.

Personal License

  • You may use the product on your own private VRChat models.
  • You may not use the product on public VRChat models under the Personal License.
  • You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, upload as a standalone asset, or otherwise provide the product files to other people.
  • You may not claim the product, animations, particles, shaders, setup, or related Starkim1999 work as your own.

Commercial License

  • You may use the product on your own private VRChat models.
  • You may use the product on public VRChat models.
  • You may sell the product only as part of a complete avatar project, and that complete avatar must be priced at the minimum price stated on the product terms page or more unless Starkim1999 gives written permission for a different price.
  • You may not sell, upload, share, or distribute the product as a standalone asset, extracted package, prefab, particle system, animation set, or source file.
  • You must credit Starkim1999 and link to https://starkim1999.gumroad.com/ or https://starkim1999.booth.pm/.
  • If a license text file is included with the product package, keep it with the complete avatar package.
  • You may not claim the product or any Starkim1999-created work as your own.

General Restrictions

  • Do not bypass these terms by giving customers access to the raw product files outside a complete avatar package.
  • Do not use the product in hateful, harassing, illegal, or platform-violating content.
  • Third-party tools, shaders, models, audio, and credited assets remain subject to their original creators' terms.
  • Breaking these terms may result in loss of purchase access, refusal of future support or sales, platform reports, or legal action.

Overall, Starkim1999 remains the creator of the product and controls permission for uses not listed here.

Products Using This License

Mandatory Rights and Platform Rules

  • Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
  • Purchases remain subject to Gumroad's checkout, payment, tax, refund, and platform policies.
  • Use of these products on VRChat or another platform remains subject to that platform's rules.
  • If Starkim1999 gives written permission for a special use, keep that written permission with your purchase records.
