General terms for Starkim1999 digital products

Digital Products

• Starkim1999 products are digital downloads for VRChat, Unity, avatar projects, VFX, animation, and related creative use.
• No physical item is shipped.
• You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your Unity, VRChat SDK, shader, avatar, and project setup before purchase.

Product-Specific Terms

• Each product page can define stricter or more specific terms.
• If a product page conflicts with these general terms, the product page controls for that product.
• Bundles do not grant more rights than the included products grant individually unless the bundle page clearly says so.

Refunds and Access

• Because products are digital downloads, refunds are not guaranteed after access or download, except where required by applicable law or Gumroad policy.
• Starkim1999 may refuse support, revoke future purchase access, or block future sales for users who violate product terms.
• Do not use chargebacks or payment disputes to keep product access while avoiding the applicable license terms.

Support

• Support is provided at Starkim1999's discretion and may depend on the product, your project setup, and whether the product has been modified.
• Support does not include creating custom edits, fixing unrelated avatar or Unity project issues, or teaching third-party tools unless Starkim1999 agrees separately.

Mandatory Rights and Platform Rules

• Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
• Purchases remain subject to Gumroad's checkout, payment, tax, refund, and platform policies.
• Use of these products on VRChat or another platform remains subject to that platform's rules.
• If Starkim1999 gives written permission for a special use, keep that written permission with your purchase records.
