You may use the VFX on public VRChat avatars.
You may sell the VFX as part of a complete model or avatar package if you credit Starkim1999.
Acceptable credit includes linking the product page, https://starkim1999.gumroad.com/, or the official Starkim1999 Discord server.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, or sublicense this VFX by itself, in source form, or as an extracted standalone asset.
You may not claim the VFX or Starkim1999-created work as your own.

Breaking these terms may result in loss of purchase access, refusal of future support or sales, platform reports, or legal action.

You may use this asset on private VRChat avatars.
You may create public VRChat avatars with this asset.
You may not redistribute this asset under any circumstances as a standalone asset, extracted package, source file, or prefab.
You may not claim this work as your own.

Updated terms may apply to future purchases. This archived version remains available for purchases made while this version was active.
