Avatar Personal Use Terms

For complete avatar packages, including Lyn and Thyressa, where commercial reuse and public avatar uploads are not allowed.

Personal Avatar Use

  • You may use the avatar package for your own personal VRChat use.
  • You may not resell the avatar, sell edits of the avatar, or use anything in the package for commercial use.
  • You may not upload the avatar as a public VRChat avatar under any circumstances.
  • You may not claim the avatar, particles, animations, setup, logos, credits, or related Starkim1999 work as your own.
  • You may not remove credits or creator logos from the avatar package.

Modifications

  • You may modify Starkim1999-created particles and animations for personal use.
  • You may move Starkim1999-created particles and animations to another avatar for personal use only.
  • You may share particle or animation modifications only with people who have purchased the same avatar and can show proof of purchase.
  • You may not share the full avatar package, third-party assets, or paid credited assets with other people.

Third-Party Assets

  • Credited third-party assets are not included as a license for you to reuse those assets separately.
  • If a credited third-party asset requires purchase from the original creator, you must buy it from that creator before using it outside the included avatar package.
  • Do not extract, reuse, or redistribute third-party assets unless their original creator allows it.

Media Use

  • You may use the avatar in videos, streams, screenshots, or other media.
  • When posting media, credit Starkim1999 in the description where practical. For streams, credit verbally or in chat if asked.

Failure to follow these terms may result in loss of purchase access, refusal of future support or sales, platform reports, or legal action.

Products Using This License

Mandatory Rights and Platform Rules

  • Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
  • Purchases remain subject to Gumroad's checkout, payment, tax, refund, and platform policies.
  • Use of these products on VRChat or another platform remains subject to that platform's rules.
  • If Starkim1999 gives written permission for a special use, keep that written permission with your purchase records.
